There are amazing resources all over the web for math teachers, students, and generally avid fans.  eMathInstruction is happy to link to high-quality websites that teachers and others will find valuable, whether they are state education sites, math sites, or general education/interest sites.  Suggestions are always appeciated for these links.

The Arlington Algebra Project

This site offers a free e-text for the New York State Integrated Algebra 1 course.  It was written by 26 dedicated middle school and high school math teachers in the Arlington Central School District (LaGrangeville, NY).  Its editor-in-chief, Kirk Weiler, is the founder of eMathInstruction.

The NYS High School Math Forum (Drexel)

This site consists of a listserv that discusses everything and anything related to high school math education in New York.  Air your views and keep up with what people from around the state are thinking and doing.  The site is supported by AMTNYS and Drexel, who hosts the site.  Drexel has many other listservs centered on mathematics education.

f(t) - A Function of Time Blogspot

A humorous and intelligently written blog by a high school math teacher in upstate New York, Kate Nowak.  Kate spins the everyday occurrences that we all have into either stories that make you laugh, think, or a combination of both.  Well worth visiting for an idea or a chuckle.

New York State Education Department - Mathematics Main Page

This is the main gateway to all things math education related on the New York State Education Department's website.  Through this link you can (eventually) find just about everything from test samples to course standards.

Wolfram Math World

This site offers detailed and technical information on any mathematical topic whatsoever.  It is brought to you by the makers of Mathematics and it is essentially the Wikipedia of mathematical knowledge.  Some of the discussion is highly esoteric, but it is a wonderful resource for practical applications of many of the topics that we teach at the high school level, such as exponential and trigonometric modeling.

Demos with a Positive Impact

This has to be, bar none, one of the best sites to access demonstrations of important mathematical and physical processes.  They have on screen demonstrations of concepts from rates of change, to ellipse drawing, to sinusoidal phenomena.  Their collection is immense and of high-quality.  Many of their ideas could be built into activities to enhance the topics in the Algebra 2 with Trigonometry e-text.
