FAQ: eMath Sign-Up Code Questions

My school purchased memberships – how do I get access?

Your administrator or mathematics contact will have been sent sign-up codes for the memberships purchased. Once you have a sign-up code click on the My Account tab at the top of our website.

If you already have an account log in. On the left click on Account Details. Scroll down a bit and you will see where to add sign up codes. You can add more than one code if you are being granted access to more than one course. It is best to copy and paste the code you have been provided. Please take care not to include any extra spaces before or after the code.

Note that the sign-up codes are NOT a coupon code.

I currently have a membership that still has a few months left. I have been issued a sign-up code. If I add the code now will I lose the remaining time on my current membership?

No. If you add the code to your account now you will have a full year of access added to the end of when your current membership is due to expire. With each membership purchased you get a full calendar year of access.

My school ordered a course membership using a credit card. Will I receive a signup code?

The answer to this is most likely no. Our credit card system works by immediately establishing a membership based on the name and email address used by the purchaser. If the email address used was your own, then you already have an account with us. If your purchasing agent used their name and email address, then the account is in their name. We can always transfer this to your name and email address. Please contact us to do so.
