TI Inspire Directions for Algebra I – Unit 1 by Jeanne Oliveira

Our good friend Jeanne Oliveira, from Germantown High School, is creating TI Inspire instructions to go with our Common Core Algebra I lessons. She has generously volunteered to share them with us so that we can share them with you. Last spring, we published Jeanne’s Inspire directions for Unit 10. Here’s a link to that post:

TI Inspire Directions for Unit 10 (Statistics) by Jeanne Oliveira

Now, she has created direction for Unit 1 – The Building Blocks of Algebra. Jeanne only creates these handouts if the lesson contains a significant amount of calculator work. Here are her files for Unit 1:

Alg I Unit 1 Lesson 1

Alg I Unit 1 Lesson 2

Alg I Unit 1 Lesson 5

Check these out if you primarily use the TI Inspire calculator and want students to have a great reference for which functions to use on the calculator and when to use them.

Thanks again to Jeanne for sharing these files!
