My school purchased memberships – how do I get access?

Your administrator or mathematics contact will have been sent, via email, sign-up codes for the memberships purchased. Once you have a sign-up code, click on the My Account tab at the top of our website.

If you already have an account, log in using your email address and password. In the left menu bar, click on Account Details. Scroll down to the boxes labeled “Signup Code (optional)” and type in your signup code. You can add more than one code if you are being granted access to more than one course. It is best to copy and paste the code(s) you have been provided. Please take care not to include any extra spaces before or after the code. Make sure to click “Save changes” when you are done.

Note that the signup codes are NOT a coupon code. The signup codes give you access to your membership.

My School’s PO was filled, and I received an email. Why hasn’t my membership been updated

There is action that you need to take. When we fill a purchase order, we issue signup codes. These signup codes are contained in the email you received from [email protected] that your order has been processed. You need to apply the signup code(s) to your account to gain course membership access and/or provide them to other teachers to apply to their accounts. We do not automatically update accounts as we do not know who the intended recipient is. Teacher assignments at schools change from year to year. We are not privy to this information and so we leave it up to the school to assign membership access accordingly.

I currently have a membership that still has a few months left. I have been issued a sign-up code. If I add the code now will I lose the remaining time on my current membership?

No. If you add the code to your account now you will have a full year of access added to the end of when your current membership is due to expire. With each membership purchased you get a full calendar year of access.

My school ordered a course membership using a credit card. Will I receive a signup code?

The answer to this is most likely no. Our credit card system works by immediately establishing a membership based on the name and email address used by the purchaser. If the email address used was your own, then you already have an account with us. If your purchasing agent used their name and email address, then the account is in their name. We can always transfer this to your name and email address. Please email [email protected] to request this transfer.
